How it works?
Stage 1: First 1 month get hands on experience in Industry research and analysis
Stage 2: Next 5 months get you on board of Strategic Solutions and start hustling.
Stage 3: Join our rock rock-solid solutions team. You will start assisting your Managers in their day-to-day activities {Message: Learning on the job and on the live scenarios}
What will you get from this role? (provided you work hard)
In the span of 2-3 years working in this role, you would learn and accrue skills that even the major B-school students envy as you’ll be immediately thrust into the heart of the company, doing serious work.
Using your engineering expertise, you will be directly involved in the research for technology concepts and inventions and then translating the research findings to reports, proposals, presentations that help clients answer their IP problems.
You will be given the chance to learn and get involved with upper management in designing major marketing/ sales campaigns, and be responsible for its successful implementation.
You will have direct exposure to strategy teams and they will train and coach you and teach you everything you need to know to succeed at your tasks. They will expect you to crush them, and then mentor you when you don’t.

What are the skills you should have?
1. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
2. Ability to articulate and communicate your thoughts effectively - verbally and also on paper.
3. Basic MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
